High vaulted ceilings, brewery tanks, leadlight windows, and indoor-outdoor flow. This is the OG Dining Hall — and it’s a stunner. A standout setting for weddings, corporate dos, or big birthdays. Brewery & Distillery Tours can be added for groups wanting to sip and see.
BEER GARDEN
CAPACITY: 100 STANDING / 68 SEATED
Right in the heart of the brewery, surrounded by stainless steel tanks and brewing action. This fully enclosed space has a roof to suit all seasons, heaters to warm up, and cold beer & cider to cool down. With a mix of leaners and banquet-style tables, it’s ideal for everything from casual catch-ups to celebrations. Partial hire available – numbers dependent.
BARREL ROOM
CAPACITY: 80 STANDING / 50 SEATED
Tucked away behind the distillery, The Barrel Room is our best-kept secret – a hidden gem with serious speakeasy energy. Think dark walls, mood lighting, and vintage charm, paired with leaners, a full bar, and even a pool table. This intimate space is perfect for groups up to 80, whether you’re planning a private tasting, low-key celebration, or a night that feels like a well-kept secret. Add a guided gin or whisky tasting to unlock the full experience – there’s always more to discover behind the barrels.
FRONT ROW SEATS
CAPACITY: UP TO 25
The name says it all. This leaner-lined stretch beside the brew tanks gives you prime position for smelling the hops, hearing the action, and soaking in the view from your high table perch. Best suited for relaxed groups, sharing platters, and good banter.
